Our Mission and Vision: A Better Future for All Students
At Get EdCovated, our mission is simple: we strive to harness the power of education, coaching, and advocacy to create tech-driven, personalized solutions that help students, parents, and educators achieve success. We aim to bridge the gap between technology and inclusion, co-creating better educational outcomes for all students.
But our journey doesn’t stop there. Our vision is to create a future where collaboration between parents and educators leads to lasting, meaningful change in education. We are dedicated to making sure every student, regardless of their needs, feels supported, understood, and empowered to reach their fullest potential.
The Personal Journey Behind EdCovate
The inspiration behind EdCovate comes from a deeply personal place. As a parent with children who have had diverse experiences in education, I know all too well the challenges of navigating complex processes like IEPs (Individualized Education Plans), RTI (Response to Intervention), and advocating for children with unique learning needs.
Through my own experience, I learned the importance of persistence, collaboration, and seeking support from both inside and outside the educational system. It was through these challenges that I also found moments of triumph, thanks to the educators who truly “got it” and took the time to understand my children’s needs.
This experience sparked a desire to create a company that not only supports families but also provides educators with the tools and strategies they need to be successful in their inclusive teaching efforts. At Get EdCovated, we focus on empowering families and educators alike to work together and make positive changes for students’ success.
The Power of 3: Educate, Coach, Advocate
Our approach is guided by what we call the Power of 3: Educate, Coach, and Advocate. These principles help shape everything we do at EdCovate.
Educate: Teachers are the heart of education. That’s why we provide professional development and resources for educators to enhance their ability to create inclusive learning environments. We focus on the tools and strategies that engage diverse learners and help educators build classrooms where every student feels seen and supported.
Coach: Parents play a pivotal role in advocating for their children’s success. We offer coaching sessions, workshops, and resources designed to empower families in navigating the IEP process and other education systems. This support helps parents understand how to advocate effectively and ensure their children’s needs are met.
Advocate: Education is a collective effort, and change happens when we come together. Through our social media platforms, community events, and now this blog, we provide spaces for families, educators, and students to share experiences and offer support. By amplifying voices and encouraging collaboration, we work to ensure every student has the opportunity to succeed.

At EdCovate, we’re excited to announce our soft launch with a special focus on providing tailored support for both families and educators navigating the IEP process.
For Families:
Our Essential Plan offers a 30-minute consultation to guide you through the IEP process, followed by a follow-up email with helpful resources and advice. This plan is ideal for families who are just starting their journey and need a foundational understanding of how to best support their child's educational needs.
For Educators:
Our Educator Support Plan provides a 30-minute consultation to help educators strengthen their IEP practices and integrate inclusive strategies into their classrooms. This plan is designed to support teachers in creating effective learning environments for diverse learners.

In addition to our plans, we’re hosting live webinars where we’ll explore various topics in more detail. These events will cover everything from strategies for inclusive education to navigating the IEP process.
